Shivraj proved majority in MP, Congress MLA did not reach the house during proceedings
Shivraj Singh Chauhan won another battle on Tuesday after imposing curfew in several cities of MP amidst the Battle of Corona across the country. Shivraj Singh Chauhan's BJP government has won a majority in the assembly after taking oath of CM post on Monday evening. No Congress MLA was present in the House during Shivraj Sarkar's majority test in MP. At the same time, speaker NP Prajapati resigned from his post even before the proposal of majority test from Shivraj.
Shivraj Singh Chauhan presented a majority motion in the House on Tuesday morning. This proposal was supported by BJP MLAs. At the same time, BSP, SP and Independent MLAs also voted in support of Bharatiya Janata Party. However, no Congress member was present during the proceedings.
